Fieldworkers facing growing precariousness. In which way is the financial and economic crisis impairing the equalisation of opportunities for people with disabilities in Europe
What can a society in financial difficulty do for people with disabilities? We find that in a situation of crisis we tend to gravitate back towards institutionalisation, though that is contrary to the 2005 French law. Patients find it difficult to obtain care. What is the impact of the crisis on voluntary organisations and public bodies?
